Refunds & Reprints

We adhere to a 45-day refund and reprint policy.

To request a refund or reprint, get in touch with us within 45 days of receiving your order. We will reprint any order with print quality or adherence issues, excluding cases involving poor quality files. Approval from management is required for refunds or reprints for reasons other than print quality.

For orders containing DTF Transfers or UV DTF Transfers, it is crucial to follow the design requirements accurately.

Ensure the accuracy of all details in your shipping address before placing an order, and confirm the order details in the order confirmation email sent after placing your order.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund within 7 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be processing time before the refund is posted.

If, after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
